Compensation
Tropico Diffusion and those who have helped to create, produce, supply and/or maintain the Site bear no responsibility for any damage resulting from your use of the Site. Consequently, you alone are responsible for the consequences of how you use the Site. General conditions
All the terms and conditions, as well as any additional clause published on this site, represent the sole contractual agreement between Tropico Diffusion and yourself concerning use of the Site. Should Tropico Diffusion not implement one of the previous provisions, in no way does this affect its entitlement to the agreement's application at all times, nor may Tropico Diffusion's disclaimer concerning a violation of the previous clauses be considered to be a renunciation of the clause itself. Any disclaimer by Tropico Diffusion will only be effective if notified in writing. Any legal action resulting from the use of this site must be initiated in the year following the claim or event at the origin of this action. If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction deems a provision in the present terms and conditions inapplicable, this provision will be implemented in as broad a scope as possible to respect the intentions of the present agreement; remaining terms and conditions will continue to be valid and operate. These terms and conditions are controlled and constituted in agreement with Swedish law, without reference to legislative conflicts.
